On the coast of caiçara handicrafts Paraná, Brazil

Handicrafts have historically always been practiced in Paraná Coast, Brazil, being a source of income for dozens families, however this scenario has undergone profound changes with the pandemic New Coronavirus (COVID-19), but no studies were found that could reveal caused among artisans as result pandemic. Thus, descriptive exploratory research was carried out 35 residing on Coast Paraná. Women majority investigated group (65.7%) an average age 54 years old. The study revealed perception interviewees it is possible to notice recovery impacts by family budget, increase obtained from sale handicrafts, opinion (68.57%) accelerated if there public policies easy access artisans. after Coronavirus, reduction jobs and regional income, consequently affected that, face so many deaths, class widowed, black or brown women emerged sample. lives these are marked precariousness they feel more strongly segregation due need provide all needs themselves.
